Dommage l’agence de dépôt de véhicule est mal desservie par les transports. Sinon nickel.

The pick-up was a disaster. They assigned me one car and they could not find it. After going through the paperwork again, they assigned me a second car, which was not there at that time and took 30min to arrive.

J’ai réservé un 9m3 et je me suis retrouvée avec un 20m3.

Location parfaite, staff très sympa à Lyon et à Paris. Je recommande vivement.

Il cliente dovrebbe poter scegliere tra veicolo a gasolio, benzina , gpl, metano

Overall, very good experience and great car. I give 4 stars in vehicle pick-up because my reservation was cancelled right before getting on my flight with no apparent reason and I was not proposed another vehicle. I was extremely lucky as there was another driiveme available with the same company.

Unfortunately the blinkers and none of the lights of the car were working. This was really dangerous and we just found out on the way to Madrid.

Got confirmation of vehicle in good time. Pick up was straightforward. Car was very nice. Drive went very smoothly. Handover all good. Then.......I was sent an invoice by Hertz for £675, claiming I had driven 675 miles more than the allowed 500miles (I had driven 435 miles in total, from Glasgow.
