Everything went really smoothly. The vehicle was ready when I arrived at Avis (Truro) and everything was processed quickly. The vehicle was great, fairly new and very clean. Drop-off at Heathrow was easy once I figured out where to go. Very pleased with this service - would highly recommend.

Avis were not prepared for the vehicle pick up and the car was still in the remote rental car park. If I had not been accompanied by someone with a car I would not have been able to get to the car. Accueil inadmissible, méprisant, à la limite insultant. Véhicule sale : miettes et taches sur les sièges. Inacceptable.

Pratique et pas cher, assez de km pour faire un petit détour.

It seemed too good to be true, hired a car from Newcastle to Stansted airport , total cost including fuel was only £41 , I had a 69 plate Ford Focus , had all the essential ,media, Bluetooth, Apple play ,air con, cruise control, made by journey very easy, will not hesitate to use again

The vehicle wasn't fully load with fuel but everything worked fine.
