Arrived at pickup desk (Cardiff) on New Years day, to a sign that attendants were carrying out a delivery. Wasn't aware as I was using a foreign phone at the time. Could have emailed to let me know, but luckily they returned within 15 minutes. Very happy with car - Mercedes C220. Good experience.

There were absolutely no signs indicating the delivery place, plus none of the phones from both pick-up and delivery location worked, we had to ask in a hotel closeby the address for them to point us where was the delivery location.
