Europcar rental in Nice was slow

Arrangements had to be made for pick-up and drop-off because the reservation was not handed soon enough to the centers. Pick up was only possible 2h after normal schedule...

La géolocalisation de la voiture n’était pas très précise . Sinon véhicule ayant une bonne tenue de route.

Tout c'est bien passé ,malgré une inscription de dernière minute de ma part , le samedi matin . Je voudrais remercier l'hôtesse d'accueil de chez europcar Nancy qui a été très agréable et réactive avec nous . Notre voyage c'est très bien passé . Je recommande se site

Additional info required at pick up for HERTZ. 1) drivers licence code to confirm points on licence and 2) bank or credit card statement of the card used showing address and matching to drivers licence. The bank statement was unexpected and I had to download at hire desk to get the car.

Your online booking process indicated a 5 door saloon. The car we got was a small hatchback.

Excellent service, je recommande.

Overall a very good experience. Was asked to pay £9,071 on dropping the car due driving an extra 8,000 miles in 24 hours. Was eventually sorted.
