Communication was all over the place. Company was late for pickup.

Can't say anything negative. The staff at Hertz in Bristol were very helpful, car was in great condition and the staff at the drop off at Gatwick airport were very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Quick and easy process, ended up with an 8 seater automatic to take down to Manchester that already had a few scrapes and bumps, I took the full insurance as I had never driven anything as big before just to be on the safe side. Will definitely use drive me again when needing a one way hire!

C'est un bon système de location ou chacun y trouve son compte. .

L hôtesse d accueil chez hertz qui m a remis le véhicule n était pas très aimable,pas de sourire, aucune explication au sujet du déroulement de la location .

La voiture était dans un état moyen mais tout s'est bien passé

No he recibido ningún contrato ni a la recogida del vehículo ni a la vuelta. Me dieron un vehículo y en el contrato ponía otro. No he firmado nada al entregar el vehículo pero el chico que me atendió dijo que estaba todo bien. Todo muy raro

un très très gros bémol, le véhicule ne reconnaissait pas la clé, et à chaque arrêt je me demandais si j'allais pouvoir repartir, il fallait entre 5 et 10 minutes pour arriver à remettre en marche la voiture et puis surtout, impossible de verrouiller les portes et le coffre !!!
