À la prise du véhicule, le loueur n'a pas retrouvé ma réservation. Il a fallu retrouver par le site driveme, et détecter l'anomalie informatique. Mais j'étais arrivée en avance donc pas trop de stress !

Driiveme were great! Hertz were OK. Initially I was ignored and then took ages to find the drop off office. I did agree to hire a 9m3 van however I was given a Luton van which was another option when booking. I wasn't too happy about that, driving from Aberdeen to Darlington in high winds.

Todo fue perfecto, el coche iba muy bien y tanto a la recogida como a la entrega fue todo muy rápido. Un 10, repetiré sin duda.

Prise du véhicule chez Avis / Orly. Après avoir passé 3 guichets (hall, puis parking Orly, puis parking à 3km) et chaque fois 15 mn d'attente. Me suis débrouiller seul pour faire l'état des lieux du véhicule et pour récupérer le véhicule sur un parking immense. Personnel peut concerné par Driiveme.

Aucun état des lieux effectué mais véhicule nickel. Retour à CDG impeccable

The drop-off site was closed at the selected time on your website. Difficulties to understand assurance policies when picking-up the vehicle because it didn't belong to Europcar, but the desk was helpful anyway and tried their best to get the info. Very dirty vehicle at pick-up. Drop-off ok
