Pick-up location, the avis agents were not aware of system code or reservation code, they took almost 30 mins to find a solution and distribute contract. even in the contract all details were stricked out and hand written. At the drop location; the address of agency was given not drop off locatio

Alquiler con 10 horas de antelación y confirmación inmediata. Al llegar pensábamos tener un fiat 500 y nos dieron un jeep enorme. Pagamos el seguro sin franquicia por 29 euros. Todo genial. Recomendable

Location ok, mais pas logique de payer plus cher quand on ne peut pas finir la location un dimanche. L'agence est fermée, pas le fait du client... et le client paye plus cher. ce n'est pas normal à mes yeux.

RAS, prise en charge assez rapide malgré contrat loc rédigé à la main car un dimanche et pour débloquer le véhicule il devait appeler le siège. Sinon tombé sur un Jeep Cherokee donc super, bonne synchro au retour de vacances à l'aéroport GVA et restitué dans l'AM à l'aéroport de Lyon. A refaire !
