Very good service and lovely service from collection driver Mark

Excellent process

All good really straight forward and driver friendly/helpful

Very polite and courteous

Good thanks.

The vehicle looks good albeit a bit wet due to inclement weather or if it has been througha car wash. I have inspected as best I can whilst vehicle has water spots on paint work but will re inspect when dry and will report any issues asap. Driver was very helpful and respectful

Nice and easy, very polite

John who collected the car was very polite and friendly. He even phoned the garage to chase payment before leaving. We are still waiting for it to be put in account.

It was raining and the car was dirty so could not check as well as I would have liked. There is a mark on the inside of the driver's door. Rob the driver noted this on handover and took a photo. He was very helpful

Mark was a true gent, courteous, polite and professional.

Danny Walsh was extremely polite and professional making the handover very easy as he talked me through it. Very happy !

Very professional and easy to use pick up service

No issues, everthing went fine. Phil was great to deal with.
