great experience, everything could be done digitally and the whole process was super easy.

Se podría intentar ser más puntual en la entrega del vehículo, que parece que se le está haciendo un favor a la empresa que lo oferta y aquí todos salimos ganando.

Pick up was difficult, the number provided was not answered;; eventually I got in by following a driver who accessed the car park; I waited a while at the door of the office until finally (probably a good 5 minutes perhaps longer) let me in; he was still on the telephone and remained on throughout

Problemas en la recogida.La dirección no es precisa, ya que se trata de una carpa en mitad de la nada imposible de encontrar sin conocer.Y cuando llegué, tuve que esperar 30min porque no sabían que iría, y no tenían ni contrato, ni el coche listo. En la entrega el encargado fue muy agradable.
