This experience was a mixture of the good , bad and ugly. The DriveMe was excellent. The Hertz pick up at Carcassonne was both bad and ugly due to attempted fraud. I took photos before the rental and reported damage. The VCR was sent to me after pick up with forged signature showing no damage.

company should state prominently in their documents that if one has a foreign driver's licence then they have to come to the counter with a passport or 2 proofs of current address. Other than that the people at the counter was nice and helpful. The car had quite a bit less than a full fuel tank.

La recogida fue casí perfecta. Puedo calificar la entrega como horrible. Nadie noshabía dicho como entregar el coche, donde parcarlo, donde llevar las llaves. Hemos esperado 45min a las 2am, llamando sin respuestas, así que teniamos que regresar al parking el día siguiente para entregar las llaves
