The collection went very smoothly. I am very happy with the service.

Your driver was very polite and professional

My Mercedes was picked up by William and inspected. He is currently driving up to Peterborough and I’ve paid my negative equity.

A bit of haggling which I expected but otherwise all good. Rob ( collection driver ) was great and very fair. Dan the dealer was very reasonable and fair. Happy overall. Thank you

Such a professional handover, Joshua was so polite and knowledgeable. He rang the day before to ensure I was aware of the process and arrived at the time specified. Very easy process and will highly recommend
