Noted broken and missing parcel shelf cord support. (As shown by delivery driver.)

Friendly driver and kept informed of the cars whereabouts when 1 hour away

Driver explained where specific items were located in the vehicle and how some features work. He was friendly and patient while I inspected the vehicle. The vehicle appears to be in good condition for its age both inside and outside.

Very pleasant and easy

David was professional and thorough :) the process took about 45 mins . Payment received and car taken :)
