Everything is in good order

I want able to sign as I have covid but confirmed it was okay to sign COVID on my behalf. There was no V5 slip, the driver said he was told I had all the information and there was nothing to handover. I am unable to tax the vehicle as the code given on the email is a digit short! Very unhappy

I have marked some minor dents and a juried front offside alloy, other than that appears ok, couldn’t test drive it as no road tax yet

Very friendly driver, extremely helpful

The driver was exceptional, did everything he could to calm a rather fraught 2 hour wait fpr a bank transfer. Its a shame the dealers and the bank couldn't have done more to help us both in the situation, the driver though absolutely 5 stars and would I use this method of Dale again 100% I would.
