Smooth without any issues

It was all easy and went smoothly.

Fairly easy to use website. Once booked and confirmed collection and drop off was easy same as a normal rental car. They could do with upgrading their customer service and have more contact details.

Driive me is an awesome concept! Hertz were also really good, very helpful. A smooth trip from Glasgow to London. Will definitely recommend this anyone looking drive from Glasgow to London or any other routes.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive, even though it was right out side

Everything was going so well until I went to pick up the car from Hertz in Plymouth! They had no record of the booking, I did, via email from DriiveMe.... Hats off to the staff at Hertz Plymouth, they sorted a car in quick time and I was on my way within 25 minutes. Happy customer....

Absolutely fantastic service, Will use again and enjoyed driving a Volvo V60 on a 300+ mile journey. Highly recommended Driive Me if you need a one way journey and fits your travel plan
