The car was dirty when I picked it up

Excellent experience despite to personal difficulties it always great on a counter but not always once you return the vehicle although this company shown a class responding to my situation this is what matte the most I will surly use their service again

My first rental with Driveme! Allocated brand new SUV which really suited my needs for the journey. A very positive experience for first time rental and shall definitely rent with Driveme in the future.

Only 1/2 tank of fuel on pick up but reported as full Only realised when I left hertz

My expections were high having taken time to read reviews. I was not disappointed. The level of service from both staff members at collection and dropoff was thorough, and professional. The vehicle was in excellent order and I was shown some of the many features if offers. A recommended service!

Hertz weren't aware of rental, so there was a delay setting it up. Smaller car than was expecting, but all fine.

Car was available early. Nice car. Simple key drop off at Gatwick. Awaiting deposit refund but have had invoice for £1 so assume all is well.
