Great all round

When dropping the car off at places like the airport it's better you give us more info on how and where the drop off is done. By just mentioning that there will be a person at the parking who will take care of the drop would have saved me 40 mins at least.

The pickup wasn't as quick and painless as I thought it would be No information was given at drop off as to the final charges for the vehicle as to number of miles I drove, fuel charges or when to expect the refund of the excess paid at the start of the rental. Other than that I was very pleased.

There was an issue with the milage allowance at the drop-off. The rental company were under the impression that only 180 miles or so were included, and so thought I had gone over the limit. I was held up for a while until they sorted things with their logistics team. Very friendly staff though.

one word : Incredible!

The experience was great, especially for a first time ! However I had to pay for 1,5 gasoil refill so it was more expensive than expected. The big issue was the car location that were both wrong From the app (Malaga & Madrid) so I lost time to pick it up and drop it. Please update the address
