The van was not great for long travels. It consumes too much diesel. The air vents do not shut, which in warm weather is terrible, since the AC must be always on... (Consuming more diesel)

Out of hours drop off at Manchester airport was easy enough but this process wasn’t explained ahead of time and I received no confirmation the following day that vehicle was returned correctly

Great service, easy to book online and everything is clear. The alert option is also a great addition

Great service! Picked the car up from rental company, they were expecting me, car ready and they took into consideration that I had suitcases and 3 young kids with me so gave me the larger car out the two that had to be driven south. On arrival, rental company came straight away and checked vehicle,

Tricky to drop off at airport. No instructions and no one around. People who rent regularly are probably familiar with the process but I found it difficult. There should be someone there to help. Everything else was 5*
