The hertz depot was closed when I got there at 1150hrs, the customer services on the phone were horrendous and told me to find another depot to drop it to. I had to take it to Liverpool and spend an additional £30 on a taxi plus hertz are now charging me a days rental on the vehicle. Horrendous.

Nothing more to tell, was a good experience

Easy transaction with no problems. Supplied vehicle was basic but functional and can't really complain for a pound! Needed to contact Hertz at the airport to request pick up but they were very quick in coming to get us and bring us to the off site depot at Inverness. The drop off at Glasgow was easy

Hertz pick up very very slow.

Driive me were very helpful, I had to phone a couple of times and they answered quickly and information was accurate. The rental company could have been clearer with their information. I had to ask for information which I was told had been emailed to me. This was not clear and wasted time.

Couldn’t have worked in better, will definitely be using again especially when the planes are not running to their full schedule this gives another option to move between airports.
