Directions, information and instructions where to drop the car off I found not helpful.

The pick-up was a bit stressful as their system was down. Took them about 1 hour to let me go and they couldn't check the car. Luckly I had an American Express card which apparently was the only system working at that moment. The fuel tank wasn't full but had to leave it full on return.

This was my first rental so I was a bit nervous. There were a few issues picking up the car but all resolved in the end. The car was great and the drop off seamless. Will do it again.
