Easy pick up and drop off, no hassle, would definitely use again

Had to wait long time when picking up and when dropping off vehicle, as someone forgot to release something on the system and the y could not hand me out the keys until they finally filled in an old fashioned handwritten paper form. Again long wait at drop off!! They overcharged me with over £40!!!

Great overall service once I figured out completing the Driiveme request process. The car was available as promised and I collected my car from Hertz with exactly the same process. Top marks!

Was so easy to pick up and quick with an amazing clean car especially brand new and dropping off was just as easy and will definitely use this again and recommend to friends and family
