The drop-off site was closed at the selected time on your website. Difficulties to understand assurance policies when picking-up the vehicle because it didn't belong to Europcar, but the desk was helpful anyway and tried their best to get the info. Very dirty vehicle at pick-up. Drop-off ok

All expected with no issues. Car had v. Uncomfortable seats, but that was a Hertz/personal issue, not one with DriveMe

Despite booking a car not a van, the agent was asking me to take a huge van which I wasn’t comfortable driving I requested a car and expected on. Needed to call Hertz CS to get the agent to give me a car

Faro fabulous, Malaga central a nightmare, limited dropoff instructions and non google maps location awkward.

Perfect. Vehicle needed moving as it had exceeded its mileage and needed an oil change, plus a few minor systems had failed, so needed taking to the collection point. Suited me fine.

An easy and economic arrangement
