Easy, and pain free experience, excellent value

Hertz is trusted but took some time with papers and also didn't allow me to see what I was digitally signing. Car was upgraded and awesome

Its difficult to find fault. The only constructive criticism I offer is that on your website I somehow got the impression that I would be using a medium sized car; something like a mondeo. As it was we had an Astra. This was perfectly adequate for our purpose though. Thus far you have yet to

Excellent service, no problems.

company should state prominently in their documents that if one has a foreign driver's licence then they have to come to the counter with a passport or 2 proofs of current address. Other than that the people at the counter was nice and helpful. The car had quite a bit less than a full fuel tank.

Drop-off took longer than expected

Great value, no different to renting a normal Hertz vehicle. Ideal if you only need to travel one way.

Great experience - win win!

A error light on the dash meant the cruise control and speed limiter didn’t work. Also it was a people carrier which was expensive to drive for one person, also I’m not sure if the tank was 100% fuel.
