I was lucky to get a similar size car I reserved. The person at pick up location advised that I could have got any vehicle, even a goods transit van. It making think about having to use this service again

Confusion about what fuel state to return the vehicle. Ended up having to pay for a full tank of fuel.

Unfortunately I noticed 500 miles is not enough for Glasgow-London or such similar distance deliveries. I paid £32 for over milage. I used alternative routes because of the road works and I have to stop in a different location in London. So it is very easy to exceed 500 miles limit.

Excellent value easy pickup and drop off . Immaculate car

Only slight niggle is the map link to Edinburgh Hertz taking us into a very costly car park and lack of signage to the car hire village at the airport - rest was smooth and easy :)
