The company did not get the car ready at the pick up time and they were confused which car was booked so it took over half an hour to get the car. Apart from that, everything was very nice. Great condition car, easy return and helpful staffs.

Everything was fairly smooth except the extortionate £1/mile excess mile charge.

This was my first time using the 1€ service. At the beginning I was skeptical with it but everything works Will and there was no hidden costs. I do recommend it.
