More than 1 hour waiting after the pick-up scheduled time. Besides that, everything was very good.

Pickup of vehcile at Bristol Airport was convoluted. Difficult to find correct car rental site, complex pickup.

Really pleased with the service, easy to book, vehicle in good condition, painless pick up and drop off, would definitely do again.

Really enjoy the experience

All worked well. It took a little while longer to collect the vehicle than usual. This was because there were so many dents and scrapes to the bodywork I needed to ensure it was all documented correctly. Apparently the car was going out of service in London for repairs.

Company was late for car pickup and car was empty of fuel. When it came to dropoff the location was unclear.

It’s true - I drove a vw caddy from Edinburgh airport to London St Pancras for £1! I paid £22 on additional insurance for piece of mind. At the Hertz desk in the airport we were incorrectly told if we didn’t bring the tank back empty we would be reimbursed which was not true. Trevor @ Driveme was g8

It would have been very difficult to do the pick-up and delivery if I didn't have a French speaking travel companion. The car interior was dirty and damaged. There was nowhere in the app to add an extra photo of the interior.

Speedy pick up and drop off. Driiveme were very helpful in changing the time of pick up.
