Good service

This hire was perfect for me, I had a short turn around with different airports, it allowed me to do the meetings and make the next airport in time. I would definitely use again, when I have a similar situation.

Took a long time to pick the car up as they were dealing with other customers. The car was a corsa. Luckily it was just me travelling from Edinburgh to Manchester. Had it been a car full then it would have been a nightmare drive as it was pretty slow and under powered at the best of times.

Pick up and drop were simple and straight forward. Vehicle damage was all marked before I picked it up but still took photos.. no issues. Thx Driive me team for finding the car.

1 hour waiting in the pick up point to wait for the rental desk pick up, but everyone was more than reactive. Thank you

Really good experience. Website easy, instant confirmation and informative email (esp bit about the DVLA check you can do). Great that you can book a long time in advance. Pick up and drop off both excellent with Hertz, with a good refueling option. Would and have recommended to friends.

Guerin seems a great customer, I think that they are moving cars to sell due the milleage of the cars, but that's not a problem for me.
