Excellent service, everything was according to plan.

Very good service, I hired a car from Newcastle to London by far the best service to use when hiring a car south bound. Issue with deposit refund takes up 15 working days for return, seems excessive when other car rental companies can return deposites within 2-3 days.

I'm extremely pleased with Driiveme. You answer calls. Professional. Friendly. 1-way rental for 1L is incredible! Only negatives were w/ Hertz. Pick-up agent showed me wrong car. 15 min to switch to right one. Return agent made me pay 99L for scratches on 1 hubcap! I even don't think I caused them.

Confusion at the pickup resulting and about and hours wait to get the car. It was all sorted in the end and the rest was easy. Will use again.

I arrived 40 mins early but couldn’t be accommodated until my hire time due to the backlog they had. Also even though the booking showed a 25 hour rental i was told it was 24 without incurring an additional rental day. Staff were friendly and gave me a cup of tea whilst I waited. Drop off was easy.
