Picked up a Volvo v40 R Design from Bristol Airport on a Saturday afternoon, drove it to Heathrow Airport the following morning. No issues whatsoever, friendly polite staff at both ends, free shuttle to the terminal at Heathrow. For £1?! Amazing. Will use again.

Easy and fast pick up and drop off. Car in perfect conditions. All OK. Driiveme Customer care agent (David) helpful as always.

I had the pleasure of a Brand new Mercedes coupe for my 250 mile journey. I only marked the pickup experience down as the hire co charged by £1250 as a holding charge rather than the much lower price on my booking. All in all a fabulous service and I will definitely use again! Next booking made!!

Worked just like a normal rental agreement

Not sure how the cars are checked before pickup but I found a 2 inch scuff (in the dark no less) that had to be registered. And only after I left the airport did I realise that the car was not provided with a full tank of fuel. Maybe 90% full, but I expect Hertz to check up on these things.

Fantastic, seamless service

Great service. Even though at the pickup, the rental company said that you cannot drop the car earlier, so I had to get the time changed. When I did the drop, I asked the Hertz guy and he said that you can drop it off early as well. So coordination needs to be improved.
