Picked up at Bristol and dropped 23 hrs later at Birmingham. Had a nice detour and kipped at a mate's house on the way. Brill service, all win, staff at both ends were super pro and friendly. The Opel Corsa car was really fuel efficient and brand new! Google maps lass talked me thru. Thanks folks.

Biggest issue was ideas advertised as a large saloon and in fact I received a small Hyundai I10 which was disappointing however apart from that the service was good.

La location s’est très bien passée. Cependant j’ai du appeler 4/5 fois l’endroit où je devais récupérer le vehicule, avant que l’on me réponde... mais cela s’est très bien passée ensuite.

Lors de convoyages en plusieurs étapes (dans mon cas, le véhicule faisait Lyon-Paris-Paris-Nantes), il serait pratique de pouvoir suivre le trajet en temps réel. Mon vehicule n'ayant pas été récupéré sur Lyon, je n'ai pu savoir que mon véhicule était finalement indisponible qu'en appelant driiveme..

For the pick-up, the person in charge of rentals was covering for an absent colleague and was unaware of the booking, so finding the key and car proved a little challenging. Thereafter no problem at all. Drop-off was efficient, friendly and easy.

Excellent way of getting to the airport

Just a great first experience. It allowed myself and my wife to complete travel from Seville to Lisbon on our own schedule, at a great price and with an overnight in beautiful Faro beach!!!

Very easy process, to book, to pick up vehicle and to drop off vehicle. Vehicle was lovely to drive and I was pleased with the security at both airports. Would definitely hire again.

All went Well with thé hire. I did ask about taking out additinal Insurance to reduce excessive to zéro but hertz stated This option was not available using driiverme Something that could be looked at.
