All OK but a mistake in the dropp-of process with the petrol tank.

very transparent and efficient service. kudos to hertz too ! only thing i could recommend would be a few hours cool off period after booking and/or a ballpark idea about gas/toll prices. thank you

Petrol costs seem high.

Pick up with Erika was brilliant. Like always, super poor drop off. No staff available. Abandoned car in the end. Would recommend using Inverness. Glasgow is always really slow/very poor customer service consistently. Dare i say getting worse.

at drop-off it was complicated to find where to leave the vehicle.

No fuss and straighforward as any usual rental. A vehicle received (Skoda Rapid) wasn't the best but did the job. What more could I have asked for

It was hard to get the véhicule. People at the pick up location simply didn’t care. Car was not ready and did not start. Not sure if I would do it again. I also had no indication on gas, if i had to fill the thank or not

Excellent service again,had query prior to picking up car due to possible delay on my side and after quick call with Trevor all was sorted out and excellent customer service.

I was a tad apprehensive but I I booked it through the app hassle free, collected the car & the hertz guys were friendly and helpful, drove the car up, I actualy dropped it off 1hr late but they were happy with it as I called up to let them know! Will definitely use again

Good service for driiveme ! Good link with customer. But Avis din''t give me the car who I check online with the Driiveme ! It was other type , other size, ... complety other car.

Perfect pick up. A little bit slow drop off, there was only one person for the car checking.

All went well till I went to fill up the car. The fuel cap did not indicate clearly what fuel to use and there was nothing in the rental agreement that indicated which fuel to use either. I had to phone the pick-up branch. Could have been disastrous! Very nice car though, handled well.
