Long wait at Edinburgh airport Hertz desk - but that's their MO for some bizarre reason - leaving people waiting in line. Does it make them look busy/popular who knows? Otherwise Trevor of driiveme is a huge bonus - will respond to emails personally and get you through the whole system.

A bit difficult to find the drop off garage. My satnav kept taking me to the wrong garage. You offer a tyre repair service at 5 Euro per day. Why not have all vehicles with a spare or canister to repair the tyre? This is an excellent service and win win for customer and AVIS. Good scheme.

It is great to have the opportunity to work alongside rental car companies for our mutual benefit. On pick up there was some system trouble matching the £1 cost. But with positive persistence by Hertz staff this was sorted and we were on our way. Hertz typically have higher speck clean cars. Nice

Everything was perfect, except the 1h30 wait to pick up the car. Otherwise, excellent service. I highly recommend tu use Driveeme! I know i will use this service again

Fabulous service from start to finish . Vehicle excess cover is not available to have a £0.00 excess , incase of accident . The excess is £800 !! I would look at getting additional cover regarding that from other sources . Overall , fantastic product and I will use again .

Worked a treat! Slight teething problems upon pick up: The hire company's system originally showed the full price, but it was quickly corrected and just went to show the money I was saving with Driiveme...

Les portes arrières du camion étaient mal fermées lorsque je suis parti de l'agence et donc elles se sont ouvertes après 3km... Heureusement le camion était vide et il n'y pas eu de dégâts, mais une petite frayeur tout de même. À part ça, pas de problème, merci Driiveme!
