Everybody was really friendly!

Drive me is great and will definitely use again. Pick up from Hertz in Edinburgh was great, however, drop off in Manchester airport less so. Did not check over the vehicle- I was then charged what I can only think would be a fuel charge, which I have a receipt for a photograph evidence for.

Easy.

There was a mixup with my booking but the staff at Hertz where amazing and had the matter resolved swiftly. How can you disagree with a £1 rental.

Everything went perfect and no problems with the car

Overall the vehicle ( Volvo) was very good. However the gear selection with the new type of selector switch Volvo use could have been more user friendly. It proved a bit tricky to select the gear quickly. Could have been just my inexperience with this new automatic type selector.

Got confirmation of vehicle in good time. Pick up was straightforward. Car was very nice. Drive went very smoothly. Handover all good. Then.......I was sent an invoice by Hertz for £675, claiming I had driven 675 miles more than the allowed 500miles (I had driven 435 miles in total, from Glasgow.

Only fault was not adding the extra issues I noticed before driving away onto the system so that it was picked up the other end. Instead he signed and confirmed my notes. This is fine but makes me nervous that someone might not accept that and therefore I have to deal with proving marks were already
