counter staff didn't know what car I had, and I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Also said there was a GPS, but there wasn't

Avis staff was good,as usual, I haven't get the car totally full of petrol but couldn't lose time to go back to the office to tell the lady, maybe if at avis lille gare SNCF someone could come to check the car with us before we leave would be great - good service from Avis anyway. Thanks

Good service overall, the rental workers were very nice. The car was not clean but served it purpose anyway.

Thanks to Avis staff, they helped me to fix the mistake that appeared on my invoice, i have been charge for something wrong but all sorted out

For booking the car online, I paid 50€ which was deducted from my international Euro card. PLEASE PROCESS THE REVERSAL OF THE AMOUNT SOON.

The car was much much bigger than expected.
