great experience, everything could be done digitally and the whole process was super easy.

The pick up location wasn't the ideal one for me but otherwise everything was excellent again

Etwas klarere Anweisungen bzgl der Ausfahrt/Einfahrt aus den Parkhäusern und des konkreten Ortes der Fahrzeugrückgabe wären Wünschenswert gewesen. Ansonsten top

Pick up was difficult, the number provided was not answered;; eventually I got in by following a driver who accessed the car park; I waited a while at the door of the office until finally (probably a good 5 minutes perhaps longer) let me in; he was still on the telephone and remained on throughout
