Los sitios de recojida y entrega son un poco lejos de transportes prácticos así que hay que pagar otro medio de transporte para ir. Sino el vehículo estaba con un golpe de un lado y algunas imperfecciones para quasi nada sino. Limpio y fácil de usar.

En la recogida y de la entrega fueron muy atentos y con gran profesionalidad. En el caso de la Furgoneta, aunque no era muy vieja estaba bastante usada.

Pick-up: should maybe think about installing a doorbell. But the person in charge was helpful. Drop-off: no problems. Vehicle: past its prime, but that was expected; still a decent car.

Overall, very good experience and great car. I give 4 stars in vehicle pick-up because my reservation was cancelled right before getting on my flight with no apparent reason and I was not proposed another vehicle. I was extremely lucky as there was another driiveme available with the same company.

Unfortunately the blinkers and none of the lights of the car were working. This was really dangerous and we just found out on the way to Madrid.

Got confirmation of vehicle in good time. Pick up was straightforward. Car was very nice. Drive went very smoothly. Handover all good. Then.......I was sent an invoice by Hertz for £675, claiming I had driven 675 miles more than the allowed 500miles (I had driven 435 miles in total, from Glasgow.

Tudo correu bem. O carro estava com alguns riscos, como indicado no contrato. A devolução foi rápida e eficiente.

La recogida muy bien sólo que la chica me dijo que el kilometraje era ilimitado cuando en la página ponía 640 incluido. note un poco de descoordinación ya que en la entrega me querían cobrar 350km por que según Iva por día entonces fue un poco lioso. A mi parecer deberían tenerlo mas claro .
