Pick up was rearranged for a earlier time but the Avis office at Liverpool airport was shut so we ended waiting for 2 hours.

Great service over the phone as had to change my pick up date and then the car hire office staff were amazing and friendly. Good car, easy drop off. Love your service

Ha sido muy facil la reserva via online, terminos claros tanto en recogida como en entrega, sin duda cada vez que tenga la oportunidad reservaremo

Vehicle could have had a cleaner interior

Steve at Exeter was awesome. V friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain how the car works. I tried to call Hertz on three different numbers on Saturday to ask about drop off. No one answered. No one at Gatwick to receive car either.

La recogida fue en un polígono demasiado alejado al que no se puede acceder por transporte público. Quitando eso, todo fue muy bien, entrega rápida y con medidas de seguridad. Volveré a repetir
