Great experience all round. The 4* (instead of 5*) for pick-up is because it was difficult to find the office and better directions might be helpful for finding the HERTZ office at Manchester Airport. Apart from this tiny hiccup, it was awesome - super car, great service - would highly recommend.

Very smooth process, the guy at the pick up location was very good! not quiet the BMW 3 series that was indicated, hardly surprising, ended up with a nissan Qashqui Easily the cheapest car hire i have ever done!

Worked well for me as I had to pick up a car from Manchester.. otherwise can be a headache if you have to make your way from a drop of location to your destination.. ideal if you catching a flight from drop of airport..

Foi muito boa a experiência. Os veículos eram aqueles propostos. Eu precisava de um veiculo maior. Mas a driiveme tinha aqueles que serviram para o meu proposito em 70%.

Tivemos a ajuda da atendente de Lisboa, que foi muito prestativa. A nossa reserva foi cancelada de última hora e isso teria um impacto enorme nos nossos planos. Estávamos desesperados e ligamos para o atendimento a pedir ajuda. A mulher que nos atendeu foi extremamente simpática. Muito obrigado.
