Sin problemas, todo cómo esperado

La entrega fue un poco lenta porque había mucha gente esperando pero el coche estaba muy bien y dejar el vehículo fue cuestión de muy pocos minutos

The Avis staff member I spoke with at Glasgow Airport was very friendly and helpful, however, when we returned the car to Heathrow Airport at 02:00, we had to drop it using the out of hours drop off box and I am yet to hear whether the car has been approved and when I will receive my deposit back.

As described and really helpful staff.

Todo correcto

Poca información al recoger el vehículo. Al llegar parece ser que me han dado contrato de un coche que no se corresponde con el que me dieron pero en destino me lo solucionan todo.

Great service, very easy process. Only issue was the end checks. Mileage wasn't recorded correctly at start of journey (900 miles instead of 9000) so when I arrived to drop off i was told that I owed £9000 in mileage costs despite driving only 150 miles. Resolved eventually but had a heart attack.

Very comfortable drive. It would have been better if a Sat Nav was included.

But unclear where the pick up and drop off was - should have said airport. Car said 5 seater with 2 suitcases and suggesting it was sudan but it was a fiat 500 everything else was great
