Prise en charge et voiture très bien

Petit retard à la prise du véhicule. Rayures et un cache manquant sur le pare-choc arrière n'était pas répertoriés. Sinon parfait merci pour votre service. Keyan.

Aucun soucis ! Véhicule rendu en dehors des horaires d'ouverture, explications très claires sur la vitrine.

Tout s'est bien passé ! et service client très disponible pour toute interrogation.

Très bonne expérience globale. Seulement quelques informations chiffrées étaient différentes entre l'annonce sur internet et lors de la discussion en agence (franchise notamment, qu'il est possible de racheter).

I am satisfied with the rental, I will use the service again. However, on the pick up the vehicle was very dirty and with a lot of damages, including a big crack in the windscreen and the right rear light broken. On the drop off in the street there is not a lot of parking availability
