Despite booking a car not a van, the agent was asking me to take a huge van which I wasn’t comfortable driving I requested a car and expected on. Needed to call Hertz CS to get the agent to give me a car

Todo perfecto muy bien aunque he tenido problema para la localización de la sucursal d europcar para la entrega del vehículo en paris, el resto todo bien, no dudaré en repetir.

LO UNICO QUE NO ME HA GUSTADO ES QUE LOS KMS POSIBLES PARA HACER ERAN BASTANTE JUSTOS, YA QUE LA RECOGIDA Y LA ENTREGA ERAN EN DIAS DIFERENTES Y TUVE QUE DESPLAZARME PARA DORMIR.

A la hora de reservar en la app... debería indicar dónde está exactamente el coche. dijeron q podía buscarlo en cualquiera de las agencias del aeropuerto y luego en el lugar me dijeron q tenía q ir al otro terminal. Hubo uno de los coches que reservé por la app a nombre de otro conductor..

Perfect. Vehicle needed moving as it had exceeded its mileage and needed an oil change, plus a few minor systems had failed, so needed taking to the collection point. Suited me fine.
