Mi hanno consegnato un rottame che cadeva a pezzi. Ho chiesto di sostituirmelo e me ne hanno dato uno ancora più rottame. Durante il viaggio non mi sono sentito sicuro. Non credo rifarò un noleggio con voi.

When we went to pick up the car, they asked us for information we never knew we needed and gave us a run around for 4 hours!! though once we had all the info the next morning it all went straight forward. driive me has phenomenal customer service which helped us by rebookinh our rental for free.

Una buona auto in generale. Fiat 500L con 68000km. Ma con sterzo storto, tergicristalli molto consumati e problemi al cambio per innestare la prima.

Se hizo un poco pesado recoger el coche por un tema de falta de comunicación de la empresa que lo entregaba (no de driiveme que dentro de todo lo supo resolver). Por lo demás todo bien.
