We had to wait over 45 minutes to drop off our car. The Avis unit at Faro decided to change the car but didn’t update the paperwork. Consequently the drop off Avis location couldn’t accept the car.

Personal totalmente profesional.El único,pero GRAVÍSIMO problema,que me causó una pérdida de tiempo increíble fue, por un lado la señalética de devolución de vehículos en la estación de Atocha y,por otro el teléfono de at. Cliente de Avis para conseguir dicha info.Tras casi 5 min no lo consegui.
