The appointment didn’t pull through correctly so the Hertz team had to sort it manually for me on the morning, however they were very accommodating and sorted the job.

El único problema fue, que había un problema con la reserva y no la encontraban (rent a car Centauro) pero David, el chico que me atendió por WhatsApp, rápidamente la cancelo e hizo una nueva reserva. Atención al cliente de 10! Seguiré reservando más coches para mis viajes de Madrid a Elche yvicever

Vehículo AVIS en perfecto estado. Muy amables tanto en el mostrador de entrega como en el de recogida. Muy recomendable.

I didnt like that I had to pay for a full tank of fuel and the journey didnt need that amount. Didnt find thereturn staff who inspect the cars at manchester airport to have any customer service skills. I was given an automatic car and ive never driven one before.

Podrían poner las recogidas en las oficinas más céntricas. O al menos mas opciones en la ciudad

No hay oficinas donde ir a recoger el vehículo, vehículo con muchos daños y con el combustible sin llenar. Tuve que rellenar el parte del contrato 2 veces porque no estaba informatizado.
