The guy at Lisbon airport pick up was brilliant and really made the collection easy and informative. At Faro the collection was very brisk and un friendly- he couldn’t even tell us if or where the bus to Faro station went from. It’s the no 15/16 from outside the cafe if anyone wants to tell him!!

La experiencia general ha sido muy buena. La interacción vía whatsapp ha sido prácticamente inmediata. Recomendaría que las empresas de alquiler informasen con antelación del vehículo a recoger, para planificar mejor el viaje. Por lo demás me dieron km de sobra.

No se si es cosa de AVIS, han sido fríos y distantes en la toma de datos y entrega de llaves y poco claros a la hora de explicar el seguro a todo riesgo eye siempre contrato

The rental worked perfectly. The only hiccup was at vehicle pick up where the machine had trouble reading my bank card but this was eventually resolved with a relatively small delay. Assuming no unexpected charges come through in the next few days I will be able to say that I am very satisfied.

Utilizei o serviço para ir de Lisboa ao Porto, e minha esposa utilizou na volta Porto à Lisboa. Em ambos os trechos o serviço foi impecável, excelente. Com certeza voltarei a utilizar quando tiver oportunidade.

Ho dovuto pagare 30 euro per una assicurazione,costo che non era previsto. Per il resto, a parte le attese per ritiro e consegna del veicolo causa sovraccarico di lavoro degli addetti al noleggio causa periodo,vettura semi nuova ed ottima, comoda l'opzione di poterla riconsegnare senza fare il pieno

Everything was great, except at the pick up location the employee did not seem to know the policies of driive me. One of the things was that he refused to give the extra cover as he said it was not possible with driive me, so I had to show him the contract before he agreed to put it through.
