Absolutely brilliant, had to change the time of pickup but customer support carried out the changes over the phone. Returned the car after my journey with no problems. The only problem I had was with Hertz they charged me for a full tank of petrol but after querying it with Hertz they refunded costs

I booked the vehicle for 18hrs but I had to wait for an hr as vehicle was not available on time and finally took it 19.15hrs. In addition, the person in-charge at the pick-up location did not know the Driiveme agreement upsell code so I it added more delay.

Excellent service will definitely use again

My first time using the service, I was nervous as travelling with wife and children and 4 suitcases before long haul flight! Excellent service from A to Z. The only improvement would be the ability to get confirmation of vehicle size 24 hours before to be sure boot is big enough.
