a VIATURA FOI ME ENTREGUE , COM MENOS DE MEIO DE TANQUE DE COMBUSTIVEL, E O CONTRATO DIZIA QUE ESTAVA FULL . SÓ ME APERCEBI NO CAMINHO QUANDO DE REPENTE OLHEI PARA O MOSTRADOR DE COMBUSTIVEL E VI QUE ESTAVA A FICAR SEM COMBUSTIVEL .... VIATURA HIBRIDA E CONDUÇAO A 90 KMS POR HOR A...

Aquando a recolha, atribuiram-me um veiculo classe 2 (9 lugares), ao que informei que não era o contratado nem o que me foi comunicado. Arrogantes e nada disponíveis, recusei-me a trazer o referido veiculo, sendo que a Avis em momento algum tentou ultrapassar a situação. Não recomendo!

Uso habitual este servicio ya que me desplazo por varias ciudades de España, incluso pongo alertas para otras ciudades y me avisan de disponibilidades. Solo hay un pero, y es que con Avis los kilómetros deberían subir un poco más, para poder ir más para que de tiempo hacer las gestiones antes.

It would have been very difficult to do the pick-up and delivery if I didn't have a French speaking travel companion. The car interior was dirty and damaged. There was nowhere in the app to add an extra photo of the interior.

Speedy pick up and drop off. Driiveme were very helpful in changing the time of pick up.

Can't say anything negative. The staff at Hertz in Bristol were very helpful, car was in great condition and the staff at the drop off at Gatwick airport were very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Quick and easy process, ended up with an 8 seater automatic to take down to Manchester that already had a few scrapes and bumps, I took the full insurance as I had never driven anything as big before just to be on the safe side. Will definitely use drive me again when needing a one way hire!
