Não gostei da forma como na Avis me atenderam faltava 30'para as 17h, hora da qual tinha feito a reserva e estavam com problemas p entrega antes da hora dizendo várias vezes que teria de entregar ate a mesma hora do dia seguinte e por isso iam cobrar uma caução maior mas até sair do parque era 17h.

I felt always tensed about the total kilometers. I actually rented and returned the car within a few hours on the same day. I had requested both Guerin and Driiveme customer service to let me at least 50km extra. Otherwise it is not useful to have the car for 24 hours. Please increase the km.

Lo unico que en vuestro website decia que la franquicia seria de 800e y llegando a recoger el vehiculo me dicen que es de 1200e. Lo demás, todo 5 estrellas.

Buenas tardes. En cuento al alquiler en si, no tengo ninguna queja. Sin embargo, no me parece normal tener 3 semanas retenida la fianza. Ya he llamado unas 10 veces a avis y al banco, para que se desbloquee la retencion, pero no me da confianza ninguna de las 2 partes

Ótima opção para quem se desloca por via rodoviária na Europa. Requer muita paciência para encontrar um veículo na data desejada.

Drop off insisted on charging me a full tank of fuel after I'd been told not to fill up as I'd only be charged what id used and at a 20p a litre discounted rate. After a lot of grief the boss agreed on 1.18 a litre for 34 litres but then added 20% tax so I may as well have filled the tank myself.

Avis takes a long time to devolve caution money.

Correu tudo bem. No entanto inicialmente quando aceitei o carro era um Seat Alhambra de 7 lugares e depois foi me atribuido um Seat Arona de 5 lugares, noutra situação em que fossemos mais pessoas poderia ter sido um problema.
