Went as advertised and as hoped for, excellent.

I admit I thought it was a scan but the bloke at Hertz explained that this is how the return cars when they leave their fleet. Got an excellent car, only downside was that it hadn't been cleaned after the last hire

A recolha do Veiculo é numa zona longe do aeroporto, o acesso é difícil para quem se dirige a pé, quando cheguei para a recolha e já passava da hora prevista o veiculo ainda não estava pronto, faltava o combustível. Os km's dados para a deslocação deveriam ser um pouco mais.

Excelente serviço. Só poderia ter um limite de km um pouco maior.

Very good service, I hired a car from Newcastle to London by far the best service to use when hiring a car south bound. Issue with deposit refund takes up 15 working days for return, seems excessive when other car rental companies can return deposites within 2-3 days.

Slow pick up always. Drop off abandoned at 9pm. Otherwise all good.
