La verdad es que todo de 10, el coche, la recogida rápida, y la entrega razonable también. La única cosa que podría decir (aunque a mi no me afectó) es que el día 31/12 la oficina cerraba antes del horario normal, y en la página de la reserva no advertía de ello cuando se reservaba para esas fechas.

Excelente experiencia con Europcar. Volveré a repetir.

They gave me an 18 plate Skoda Rapid auto this time. They somehow needed to do a credit check for all UK driving licence holders. They offered me the zero excess option for 26 pounds and 56 pounds without needing to fill the car up which I didn't take. It only cost me 23 pounds to fill up at the end
