Brilliant service

El proceso de recogida fue algo lento porque el empleado de Europcar no estaba familiarizado con Driiveme y su operativa. Aún así, no fue un problema. Me sorprendió el hecho de que Driiveme se anuncie incluyendo un servicio con seguro a todo riesgo y luego tenga una franquicia de +800€

Very happy with the process. I was lucky to have a vehicle with Bluetooth, parking sensors, air con etc. Very spacious vehicle. Seamless pick and and drop off. Very happy to have a free transfer to T5 airport at Heathrow. Would definitely recommend

The lady I dealt with at Aberdeen airport was brilliant. Well mannered well informed and hugely helpful. I’m disappointed I’ve forgot her name but I’m sure if my booking is checked it can be found and my gratitude passed on. I’ve rented a lot of cars from a lot of places, her customer service was A*

I get the licence plate number only a few days, without this number no ferry ticket that makes me nervous, but in the end it works fine.
